Periodically, during template modification and generation, a long SQL Server error message can be generated, which aborts the template creation or modification session.

CAUSE

The error message is reported by the NRES_DB DSN on the MSCMS 2001 server. It indicates that the connection is failing for the anonymous user currently set to the Web site, typically in the form of ISR_MACHINENAME

RESOLUTION

The MSCMS 2001 server may either be missing the HTTP Keep-Alive setting, or the session has been interrupted.

You can resolve this error by assigning the Content Management Server System Account as the anonymous account for the Web site running MSCMS.
