Consider the following scenario:
| You previously installed Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 and Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.
|
| You have lots of data in OneNote notebooks. |
| You install Microsoft Office OneNote 2007.
|
| You start OneNote 2007, open a OneNote 2003 notebook, click Click here to upgrade, and then click Upgrade all sections in the current notebook. |
| You start Outlook 2003, select a message in the Inbox, and then click Send to OneNote in the Outlook toolbar. |
In this scenario, Outlook appears to stop responding.
This behavior occurs when OneNote 2007 upgrades notebooks. After the notebooks are upgraded, the message is posted in OneNote as expected.
To resolve this behavior, wait until OneNote 2007 finishes upgrading notebooks before you use OneNote features in Outlook 2003.
