When you try to use an ActiveX control in Microsoft Project Web Access for Microsoft Office Project Server 2003, you have to click the control more than one time to use it. Additionally, when you rest the pointer on the control, you receive the following message:
Click to activate and use this control.
This behavior may occur after you install the Microsoft Internet Explorer ActiveX software update that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
This software update may be installed on computers that are running Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 with Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) or with Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
This behavior no longer occurs after you install the Microsoft Office Project Server 2003 post-Service Pack 2a hotfix package that is dated July 31, 2006.
