After you associate an image file type with Microsoft Office
Picture Manager 2003, Picture Manager does not start when you double-click the
file.
This behavior occurs because some third-party programs do
not use the registry correctly.
To resolve this behavior, you must "de-associate" the file
from any program that it was previously associated with, and then associate it
with Picture Manager. To do this, follow these steps:
| 1. | Click Start, click My
Computer, click the Tools menu, click Folder
Options, and then click the File Types tab.
|
| 2. | In the Registered file types list, click
the file type that you want to open with a different program, and then click
Change. |
| 3. | In the Open With dialog box, click
Microsoft Office Picture Manager 2003, and then click
OK. |
| 4. | In the Folder Options dialog box, click
OK. |
