You may find that you cannot type any
characters in the
User name box and the
Password box in the
Log On dialog box. This occurs on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 1 (SP1), or Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2). Because you cannot enter your credentials, you cannot log on to the computer. However, you
may be able to log on to the computer after you restart the computer.
