When you try to sync a Zune device or perform other operations, the performance of the Zune software is slower than expected.
This behavior occurs when there is not enough physical memory in the computer.
Close other programs that are running to free some system resources. Or install more memory in the computer.
To examine system resources, access Windows Task Manager. To do this, press CTRL+ALT+DEL, and then click the
Performance tab.
Note You may have to click Task Manager after you press CTRL+ALT+DEL.
If the total amount of committed memory exceeds the total amount of physical memory, you may have to install more memory for some programs to perform better.
