After you reinstall the Zune software, the Zune Marketplace catalog does not appear correctly.
This behavior occurs if the Zune Marketplace catalog does not download correctly to the computer.

To download the catalog successfully, you must delete the catalog registry keys and then restart the Zune software.
To delete the catalog registry subkeys, follow these steps.
Warning Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or by using another method. These problems might require that you reinstall the operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that these problems can be solved. Modify the registry at your own risk.
| 1. | Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.

| 2. | Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Zune\Preferences\ContentPartners\Zune\en-us |
| 3. | Delete all the associated catalog registry subkeys except for the Default entry. |
| 4. | Click Yes to confirm the deletion. |
| 5. | Exit Registry Editor, and then restart the Zune software. The catalog should now download successfully and appear in the Zune software. Note It may take several minutes for all items to appear. |
