In Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004, the Message Body Tracking
feature is enabled for inbound messages and outbound messages. However, the
MessageID property in the Health and Activity Tracking (HAT) tool differs
from the
MessageID property of the corresponding output file that BizTalk Server
2004 creates.
