How to configure settings to access the ProClarity Analytics Server Web site on a Windows Server 2003-based computer


This article describes how to configure settings so that you can access the ProClarity Analytics Server (PAS) Web site on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer.

If you want to access the PAS Web site on a Windows Server 2003-based computer, you have to configure settings. To do this, use one of the following methods.

Method 1

Add the URL of the PAS Web site to the local intranet zone. To do this, follow these steps:
1.Start Microsoft Internet Explorer.
2.On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3.Click the Security tab, click Local intranet, and then click Sites.
4.In the Local intranet dialog box, click Advanced.
5.Type the URL of the PAS Web site in the Add this Web site to the zone field, and then click Add.

Method 2

Disable the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration component. To do this, follow these steps:
1.Click Start, point to Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
2.Click Add/Remove Windows Components.
3.In the Windows Components Wizard dialog box, click to clear the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration check box in the Components box.
4.Click Next, and then click Finish.
