You may be unable to start the World Wide Web Publishing Service on a computer that is running Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 and has the Patchlink third-party software installed.

To work around this problem, follow these steps:
| 1. | Click Start, click Run, type inetmgr, and then click OK.
|
| 2. | Expand ComputerName, right-click Web sites, and then click Properties.
|
| 3. | Click the ISAPI Filters tab, select Patchlink.dll, and then click Remove.
|
| 4. | Click OK. |
Note When you remove the Patchlink.dll file from the
ISAPI Filters tab, you disable the Patchlink third-party software. To resolve this problem without disabling the Patchlink third-party software, contact Patchlink customer support.
