Describes a problem that occurs when you deactivate or remove a form from a form server, and you receive an error message. Includes a workaround.

Consider the following scenario. You upload a form template to a form server. You activate the form template in a site collection and in a form library as a content type. In this scenario, the following problems occur:
If you try to remove a form before you have deactivated the form, you receive the following error message:
The feature with ID '95c529ae-4e87-461e-830a-ab59fd769be2' is still activated within this farm or stand alone installation. Please deactivate this feature in the various locations where it is activated or use -force to force un-installation of this feature.
If you deactivate the form and then you remove it, it can be removed successfully. However, the form itself still shows as available in the library and in the site collection as a content type. If you try to start the form, you receive the following error message:
The following file is not a valid InfoPath form template: http://server_name/.../template_name.xsn.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, you can delete this template manually. To do this, follow these steps:
1.Delete the template from the library. To do this, follow these steps:
a. Click the content library, click Settings, and then click Form Library Settings.
b. Click the content type that you want to delete, click Delete this content type, and then click OK.
2.Delete the content type from the site collection. To do this, follow these steps:
a. Click Site Actions, and then click Site Settings.
b. In the Galleries section, click Site content types.
c. Click the content type that you want to delete, click Delete this site content type, and then click OK.
